Last updated: [30/08/2026]
This policy explains what personal data Bloome ("we", "us") collects when you visit or buy from yourbloome.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have.
What we collect
When you browse: device and browser information, IP address, time zone, pages viewed, referring site, and how you interact with the store. Collected through cookies and similar technologies.
When you order: name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details. We never see or store your full card number — payment details go directly to our payment processor.
When you contact us or subscribe: your name, email address, and anything you choose to put in your message.
Why we use it
- To process, fulfil and deliver your order, and to send order and shipping confirmations
- To provide customer support and handle returns
- To detect and prevent fraud
- To send marketing emails, only if you opted in — every email has an unsubscribe link
- To understand how the store is used so we can improve it
Legal bases (EU/UK customers)
We process your data to perform our contract with you (orders, delivery, support), to comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting records), on the basis of your consent (marketing, non-essential cookies), and for our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, improving the store).
Who we share it with
- Shopify — our ecommerce platform, which hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf. See shopify.com/legal/privacy
- AutoDS and our fulfilment suppliers — we pass your name and delivery address so your order can be picked, packed and shipped
- Payment providers — to take payment and screen for fraud
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your parcel and provide tracking
- [Analytics and advertising providers you actually use — list them or delete this line]
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Your data may be processed outside the EEA and UK, including by suppliers and carriers involved in fulfilling your order. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for [7] years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for [2] years.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email help.bloome@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you're in the EU or UK and you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In Belgium this is the Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), www.dataprotectionauthority.be
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the store to work (cart, checkout, security), plus analytics and advertising cookies where you've consented. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies will break checkout.
Children
This store is not intended for anyone under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
